This year's theme, Unwritten Dress Code: A Tailored Gala, explores the relationship between loc artistry, fashion, identity, culture, and self-expression.

We are challenging the outdated idea that locs are not appropriate for formal events, luxury spaces, black-tie occasions, high fashion, or elevated presentation.

Through competition, fashion, barbering, live transformation, and loc artistry, we are creating a night where locs meet luxury.

We are seeking sponsors who believe in supporting artistry, entrepreneurship, beauty professionals, barbers, locticians, creatives, and the communities they serve.
